Help Charles Share His Mental Health Story

Hello, I'm 19 year old Charles Lednicky, and I've spent the past year and a half creating a 48 minute film called "If I Let It Win". It's an extremely personal project to me, for it tackles trauma, self-acceptance, and mental health (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), all things that I've struggled extensively with throughout my life. This is a catharsis project that I poured every ounce of my heart and soul into. It was written, directed, produced, color graded, and edited by me, and I'm the lead act as well. There's seven actors and three crew members that I had to pay out of pocket, which along with other expenses cost me about $3,000. I'm now taking it to film festivals to share my message with the world, but every festival submission costs money, regardless of if the film is chosen or not. I am asking for help to cover the costs of these submissions. I've attached a link to the film below.
I learned so much from the creation of this project; not just about film but about myself in general. One especially prevalent notion was that despite the negativity we all face on a day to day basis, there are still generous and loving people out there. I learned this when the land owner let us film on his property expecting nothing in return. The project wouldn't have been possible without his generosity, and its success won't be possible without yours.
My dream is to share my personal experience with OCD and psychosis with the world to show others struggling with similar issues that they are not alone. I want to do this by submitting my project to film festivals to get my message to an audience. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
