Alexis is raising funds for Charles, Alexis’s dad, after the family’s sudden and heartbreaking loss. Charles went out for a walk and passed out, and it was later determined that he had suffered a heart attack. His passing has left the family grieving while also facing urgent decisions they were not prepared for. Charles had no will and no insurance, and for the past 3 days he has been at the funeral home while the family tries to figure out how to give him the care and dignity he deserves.

The funds from this fundraiser will help cover Charles’s funeral costs, cremation, and the handling of his final affairs. The Thomas family is asking for support during this incredibly difficult time so the family can focus on mourning and honoring Charles instead of carrying this burden alone. Charles was always helping other people and truly had a heart of gold. Now, in his passing, his family is humbly asking for help. Any donation, no matter the size, and every share of this fundraiser would mean so much.
