help chantelle come home.

hi there alittle background story my sister chantelle is 23 unfortunately she has suffered a stroke. she has been in hospital nearly 4 months,she has begun to recover so much that hospital are saying she could return home a week to 2 weeks from last Monday. she has had to give up her home and independence and requires full time care my mum has had to give up her job and sadly has exhausted all her savings travelling back and forwards from hospital.

We need to adapt the house to meet Chantelle’s care needs which include the drive and converting summer house to a room also a lot more adaptions to be made just to update we have been in contact with 100 housing there unable to help or make adaptions for 8 to 12 weeks chan is ready to come home but the home isnt ready for her.thank you for reading
