Unfortunately, while I’ve been on military orders in Texas, my wife Tatiana has faced a devastating situation back home.

<div><strong>Our house was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, which flooded our home with about five feet of water.</strong> Tragically, she was left to handle this disaster alone, and in addition to losing 90% of our belongings, her car was also totaled. This isn’t our first experience with disaster; we lost our home to Hurricane Michael in 2018, almost six years to the day. We didn’t have renter's insurance, believing we were safe from such catastrophes, and now we’re grappling with the loss of everything we owned.
