Hi, My name is David Murphy and I'm fund raising for Chad Zimmerman, Chad was hurt in an ATV accident and did not have health insurance at the time. He sustained an injury that requires surgery and his doctor says he should have it done as soon as possible. He has a deal with the hospital to make payments on the surgery, but they need $1000 up front that Chad does not have. We are just trying to raise the funds to get him started. Chad is a real hard worker and will pay his debts but he does not have the money to get started.

Please help this fine young man get the attention from the doctors he needs.
