Help Cesar Walk

Cesar is a 4 year old boy who currently lives with his parents in The Dominican Republic. He has delayed motor development and can not walk.
I am Glendis Rodriguez and I met his family during missionary work in my country and fell in love with Cesar, his smile brightens up the room. Cesar can not walk and he deserves to walk and run like any child should.
I feel it in my heart that with the proper care and therapy he will be able to walk one day.
I found Shriner's Hospital for Children which specializes in the orthopedic care of children and today 9/21/18 they have accepted his case at no cost to his family. With the acceptance letter we are able attain a special humanitarian visa which will grant him access to the United States to help find a cure so that he can finally walk.
The family does not have the funds to buy airfare or for housing during his potential 6 month stay at the hospital. Cesar's father is a waiter and is the sole provider of the family so the income is very small.
I am asking for a donation of any amount for helping me assist the family with round-trip airfare and housing. If you know anyone in the Philadelphia area that can help them with housing please email me at [email redacted].
The appointment at Shriner's Children's Hospital is November 27th 2018 we would like to secure their airfare and stay within the next two weeks so the donations you can provide as soon as possible are crucial to helping Cesar walk.

The news was received via a phone call from the hospital as soon as I have the official letter from the hospital I will upload on here. The video that is attached was the video we submitted pleading for the hospitals help.
