As a mother I have to help my son Cesar Casanova in the ways I can after trying other resources unsuccessfully. He had an accident on 2/19/25. He fractured his nose, maxillary bone (front of top jaw), the 4 top front teeth fractured (1 broke off but root is still inside his gum) and are loose but his teeth can't be saved so he needs to have the 4 of them removed by an oral surgeon and also get new permanent teeth.

The original quote we got for everything to be done with implants is $23,000 and we just can't afford it. We asked to get quote for the emergency procedures he needs to get done without permanent teeth and bone grafting to his maxillary bone and the quote was $3,825

but he will still need new permanent teeth (prosthetic teeth) wish will be around $4,000 or more at another clinic.

My son really needs to get his nasal bone fixed because it's hard for him to breath properly and he needs his 4 front teeth pulled out, he can't eat solid foods and he is in pain.

I feel hopeless and overwhelmed because I can't help him myself.
