Help celebrate Charlotte's life

My amazing oldest sister Charlotte is facing a medical crises that unfortunately is proving to big to overcome. Charlotte dedicated herself to being there for her friend, family and loved ones. She always had an ear to listen, a smile to share and a heart as big as Texas. She is a proud mom of two beautiful girls and amazing grandchildren. I want to make this grieving process easier on her girls by asking for help in providing Charlotte with a final goodbye and a permanent resting place. Anything you can give to help us reach this goal would be appreciated.
