Help Caylee Save Luna from Neglect

Hello, my name is Caylee and I am trying to raise some money to help a couple experiencing homelessness treat their dog. Their dog's name is Luna and she is very sweet. Her leg was broken about a year ago, she was hit by a car and they never took her to the vet for care. Her leg will most likely have to be rebroken in order for it to properly heal. Luna doesn’t get the care and love she needs. She is abused and hit as well. They barely give her water. When I saw her, she was laying just like she is in this picture above, panting really bad. She is a little underweight.

When I approached them to ask if I could give her some food, they started yelling at me and getting aggressive. I ended up having to get the police involved with the whole situation and animal control was contacted but they aren’t able to help at the moment until they refuse care from a vet. I told the police department that I can call around to vets to see if I could get her in for care and they agreed to let me help out. The police then spoke to the couple and told them that they have to let us help them get this dog medical attention and if they refuse help, the ASPCA would be contacted immediately and they will be arrested for animal cruelty.
