My 6-year-old cat, Catastrophe, is facing a frightening health crisis. He may have lymphoma, and we are anxiously waiting for Thursday so he can see an oncologist in Loveland for a biopsy to confirm what type of cancer he has. Catastrophe is the sweetest, most loving cat, and I want to give him every chance to recover. After two hospitalizations totaling over $2,000, he is currently receiving fluids and medications to help him regain his appetite and regular bowel movements. My funds have almost dried up, and we haven’t even reached the specialist phase yet.

 Catastrophe came into my life as the ultimate cat distribution special delivery. The very same day I had to say goodbye to my beloved Discord, Catastrophe arrived and filled the empty space in my heart. He has never met a human he didn’t think deserved a purr and a head butt, and his gentle spirit has brought so much joy to my life. I can’t imagine losing him after so short a time together.
