Help Cassidy find the treatment that he needs

My name is Jed Burt, close friend of Cassidy Taunt who has been has been punished by an unknown illness since June 2019.
He is a 23 year old Apprentice car painter located in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand

The occurring symptoms that hold him back from his work/personal life include severe stomach pains and extreme bleeding stool which disables him from working and small errands from walking his dog to going to get groceries, inability to digest foods , severe intolerance to dairy and gluten, major weight loss of 25 kilograms over the last 3 months, corrosion of his teeth is increasing rapidly due to bodily gases and indigestion and a general feeling of unwellness and sickness.

In the spam of 7 months he has pursued many doctors and facilities and endured many medical tests including accumulate of 15 blood tests, multiple CT scans, 2 full MRI scans, many Faecal calprotectin tests, food intolerance tests and also currently seeing a nutritionist regularly. Still no following diagnosis.

Due to lack of government financial support he is struggling to afford anymore medical tests/consultations and is struggling to keep up with everyday life costs eg. rent, bills etc.
He has had to sell many of his treasures including his prized motorcycle he built and spent all of his house deposit savings to pay for medical costs.

All I ask for is a donation no matter how small or big, the smallest support means everything to him to help him finance medical costs/ day to day expenses. Even sharing this post in search of a knowledgeable medical professional to bring my friend back to wellness.
