I’m deeply passionate about social justice, having spent several years working with an immigrant rights nonprofit organization, where I assist our community members in navigating challenges and finding resources.

<div>Today, I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request for your support. I’m seeking help for my sister, Carolina, who is facing an incredibly difficult situation. Your contributions will not only make a difference in her life but will also reinforce the sense of community and love that we strive to build together.

<div><strong>Carolina is my big sister—the sweetest, kindest, and most resilient person I know.</strong> She has faced many challenges in the past couple of years. During the COVID pandemic, she went through a hard divorce from an abusive husband, which took away so much of what she had built over the years. Despite these hardships, she has continued to work as an accountant while supporting her two kids, who are striving to make their own way in the world.

<div>Unfortunately, Carolina lost her job just a month ago when the owner decided to sell the company without prior notice. To add to her struggles, she has been dealing with health issues for the last year and was just diagnosed with endometrial cancer.

<div>As her little sister, I'm filled with sadness and worry because I can’t be there in Colombia to care for her, take her to the hospital, or even bring her a homemade meal. For those who know me, you understand how important this is for me.
