Help Carmine DeSorbo with expenses from surgery

My name is Carmine DeSorbo and I’m 36 years old. I was born with a disease that affected  the growth and development of my bones and joints. The disease causes all the joints in my body to degenerate which results in a lot of pain and discomfort. My right knee is being replaced because it’s causing me unimaginable  pain and has forced me to use a mobile scooter just to get around.  The surgery will put me out of work for 3-6 months and I really need help keeping up with the household bills, medical bills and trying to feed my two beautiful children. My wife will also be forced to miss work to help me get to and from my doctor appointments and physical therapy.
