My name is Melody Clave, and on behalf of my family, I am humbly reaching out to ask for your support. We are raising funds for my beloved sister, Carina Sanez, who is courageously battling cervical cancer.

Carina was first diagnosed in June 2022 at the age of 42. A devoted wife and loving mother to three beautiful children, she faced her diagnosis with strength and grace. In June 2022, she was diagnosed with Stage 2B cervical cancer, with a tumor measuring 4 cm. With the unwavering support of family and friends, she underwent six rounds of chemotherapy, four sessions of brachytherapy, and 29 sessions of radiotherapy. Thanks to these treatments, Carina entered remission and remained cancer-free for nearly three years, a blessing for which we are deeply grateful.

Sadly, in August 2025, Carina began experiencing severe abdominal and lower back pain. After a series of tests and a CT scan, doctors discovered that her cervical tumor had grown to 7 cm. Fortunately, the cancer has not metastasized her bones, but the pain she endures is intense and debilitating.

Her medical team has recommended another round of chemotherapy. However, the high cost of cancer treatment in the Philippines presents a significant financial challenge for our family. We are humbly asking for any financial assistance to help Carina complete her chemotherapy sessions and continue her fight.
