Help Carey Have Sinus Surgery

My dentist encouraged me to go to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. I did. I have a sinus infection (unbeknownst to me) that was confirmed by a CT scan. The medical terminology is that I have severe multi focal paranasal sinus disease, most significant in the right front frontal sinus, bilateral anterior ethmoids and bilateral maxillary sinuses. There are also some flat cells in the tissues and cavities that are of concern to my doctor that he will biopsy. So, I will have surgery on 11/13, spend the night in the hospital, and come home on the 14th. I am grateful for health insurance and living so close to world class health care. What I need right now — my apartment  is a mess. I’m single.  I don’t usually have to worry about this, but I need to get my apartment professionally cleaned so that I can come home to it after my surgery.  It’s expensive! (Also unbeknownst to me. But I also want to fairly compensate the people that will do the work).  I need help. I need this money as soon as possible so I can hire somebody(ies) to come in and do this in time for my surgery on 11/13. I think that’s all I need right now that my friends cannot provide for me. I will let you know if I need other things. I am supposed to tell you that my situation is pretty urgent. Thank you if you can help. I added some extra money to the goal in case something that I can’t predict happens. Apparently, life happens.
