Help Capt. Chad Help Harvey Victims

Capt. Chad Handley, a licensed Captain and former Deputy Sheriff, lives in Houston and was trapped in his home for several days due to high water.  Fortunately, he did not have water in his home.  Unfortunately, this man of action could not get out and help those in his own city.  Once the waters receded and he could get out, he went in search of a flat bottom boat that he could use to put his skills to work assisting wherever he was needed.  He searched all over Houston and found that there were no boats left.  Capt. Chad is a prolific Face booker and he put out an appeal for a boat.  I live in San Antonio and thought I would take a shot and look to see if I could locate one.  That is what I found, one!  I called Capt. Chad and told him of the find.  He said get it with no concern as to cost.  I did and delivered it to him today.  As I write this, he is most likely already on the water.  He keeps telling me he will go get a loan to pay me back and somehow, I just can’t abide by that.  It is not right!
