Help Candice get her glasses!

This is Luke and Kate’s first grade teacher Candice Bookman Coke.  Luke was very lucky to have her again in third grade. Hands down one of the best teachers I’ve ever known.  She loves to teach.  She was passionate about it.  Then something horrible happened to her. She had a brain aneurysm.  It happened one morning before the children came to class.  I will never forget that day!  The paramedics arrived and rushed her to the hospital.  Her brain aneurysm left her unable to teach, drive and not allow her to do many other things that she loves.   She needs these special glasses to help with her migraines and depth perception but, insurance does not cover them.  You would think that insurance would pay for something like this especially when someone has had a brain aneurysm!   Guess what?  Insurance will not cover these glasses or the vision therapy she needs.  I don’t understand how insurance won’t pay for things like this?   If you know Candice then you know she deserves to have these glasses and vision therapy.  She suffers terrible migraines and has many other issues due to the brain aneurysm.  I’m hoping to raise $5,ooo to help her get those glasses and pay for the therapy she needs.  Please help by donating what you can.  Every bit will help.  It doesn’t matter if it’s $5 or $50.  It all adds up and will go to a great person and cause!  Thanks friends for your help!
