Help cancer patient Nichole Mann

My daughter, Nichole Holden Mann,  a 37 year old mother of three, was recently diagnosed with metastacized colon cancer.
Nichole suddenly had a high fever and abdominal pain and went to the ER thinking it might be appendicitis. We were shocked when the bloodwork pointed to cancer. She was admitted and had major surgery two days later to remove what turned out to be a huge tumor in her lower abdomen as well as the involved lymph nodes. She is facing about 6 months worth of chemo and additional surgery to remove 3 cancerous lesions from her liver.
Nichole is a waitperson at Fatz at Waccamaw  who has no insurance to help provide for her young family while she can't work. 
When we were told the results of the surgery and that it was cancer many people were asking me if the was anything they could do to help. Well, this is it. Unfortunately bills continue even when we are sick. No amount is too small and we would be so grateful for any help you could offer.  Thank you!
