Help Camee and Bill

Donation protected
THANK YOU to so many of you who have been praying for Camee Abell while she is hospitalized in the ICU.

In late December, she began passing out and occasionally hallucinating. Over Christmas weekend, she was admitted to the hospital, where her symptoms increased to include horrible pain -- more than what she endures daily with transverse myelitis. She was unconscious for a time and then improved enough to go home, albeit without answers.

Two weeks later, symptoms reappeared and others showed up. Camee entered a different hospital, which after a few days placed her in ICU and then transferred her to the flagship medical center in Boise. As of this writing, she is not showing signs of purposeful neurological activity, e.g. squeezing a nurse's hand when asked, but the doctors do not believe Camee has experienced neurological damage.

Her husband, Bill (my brother), hesitates to leave her side, lest she regain consciousness without him there.

On one hand, his being between jobs means he can be with Camee most of the time. But on the other hand, they don't have an income right now. Thankfully, her medical bills should mostly be covered by her insurance. However, they need a way to pay for the mortgage, etc.; gasoline for the half-hour drive each way between home and the hospital is also adding up.

I want to do something tangible, more than just visiting when I can to keep Bill's spirits up and make the hours go faster, and more than calling on our Loving God to heal my sister-in-law. Thus, I've started this fundraiser.

Anything you can give would be considered generous and very much appreciated. If you are unable to donate at this time, know that Bill reads every Facebook message, text, and email. On behalf of the entire family, including their grown daughters and two grandchildren, thank you for your prayers and friendship.
