help cal pay college and also rent

Hi! My name is Cal and I am a trans woman from Honduras studying at Georgia Tech. I came here trying to avoid the rampant violence against queer people in Honduras and also my extremely abusive, queerphobic, and racist parents. When I tried distancing myself from them they cut off all my funding for college and food in retaliation.
Because I am an international student, I need to be enrolled in college every fall and spring semester or I will lose my visa status. On top of this, Georgia Tech has provided me nearly no aid for this semester except for an extension loan. Even then, that didn't cover everything, and I had to use all my savings for rent and food yesterday to make sure I won't lose my status. I attempted to apply for private loans, however I would require a US Citizen cosigner and everyone that I know and trust that would be willing to is in a similarly dicey financial situation or does not even qualify to be a cosigner.
I will probably have to take a medical leave from college this semester to deal with trauma from last fall and my abusive parents, but even if I get that approved I would need to pay for a portion of tuition, probably somewhere from 10-30%.
The most urgent thing right now is being able to pay this month's rent while I find a job for the fall. I only need $380 to make rent, and it is due on the first of September.
After that, I will need to pay off the remainder of the loan by mid-October. That will be around between $1,650-$4,950 if I am able to take medical leave and around $16,500 if I am not able to.
What I will use the money for, in this order:
rent
tuition
food
personal (therapy, class supplies/books/etc.)
