Help Byron with his medical bills

On Friday, July 20th my cousin, Byron Castellanos was in a horrible accident. He was riding his motorcycle crossing the intersection when he was hit by a truck that ran the light. There was no way for him to avoid it.
His injuries were severe. Both his legs were badly broken, his left elbow was broken, and all his ribs on his left side were broken. He had other injures as well. It was a miracle he didn't injure his head. He was put in a medically induced coma for a week to go through the multiple surgeries he had to endure. Unfortunately the accident and injuries caused his kidneys to fail, putting him on dialysis. As of today one kidney stop functioning permanently. Thankfully, the other kidney should make it.
We are blessed to the fact he is alive and he is on the path to recovery. He will be at a rehabilitation center for the next 6 to 8 weeks to recover and relearn how to walk.
This is where we need help. The man that drove the truck that hit him did not have insurance and Byron just bought his bike so he had basic insurance coverage. Also, Byron provides the main income for his family. While he has medical insurance, his family will be hit with major medical bills and the loss of income will impact them. While the the rest of the family are providing support it won't be enough.
Byron is a great man. He is a source of energy and full of life. He has a wonderful wife and kids that have stood by him day after day.
Any help you can provide to help alleviate their financial burden would be truly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity.
