Gunshot! Help Buster get Surgery for Gunshot Wound

Hi my name is Tina I am posting about my daughters dog, Buster. Buster is a five month old puppy and was the happiest, most excited and playful puppy dog ever until he was shot. Buster was shot on Christmas Day in our yard when my daughter went to take a present to a friend. When she came back home about an hour later, Buster was on our porch crying and limping. At first we did not know he was shot until we saw the exit wound on the other side of his arm. We took Buster to the vet and they told us he was going to need surgery because the bullet shattered his joint.  We have run out of options to get him the care he needs due to job issues related to Covid-19.  The only other option the veterinarian gave us  was to take him to the shelter or get him euthanized which IS NOT an option.
