Apartment Fire • Loss of Business, Food, Rent

On November 3, 2020 our apartment complex caught on fire at 2:30 in the morning.

Everybody is safe; though a few neighbors are still in the hospital, they will be ok.

My family & I are good, but the apartment not so good.

As much as I don’t like asking for help if I can’t give something in return, those of you that know me, know I run my clothing brand (burgundycollection.com) entirely by myself out of my apartment. That’s where I store all my merch, fulfill and package all my orders, and everything in between.

Thankfully not everything was lost, but due to the smoke, the stain & smell and the toxins, there’s been a lot of damage & I may have to get rid of most, if not all my inventory and start from scratch.
Which is thousands of dollars in merchandise.

It hasn’t been safe to go inside, and won’t be for a while.

On top of that, I’ve no longer had my after school teacher job for months due to COVID-19.
So I’ve been entirely dependent on selling clothes to pay for every day needs.

We’ve been displaced since the fire and the apartment has no gas or power/electricity so I have not been able to get any work done, and a lot has to be replaced.

So any funds you are willing to give is more than appreciated and will be going to replacing household items, food n groceries while we wait til the house is safe again, and inventory so I can restock the merch & all the time that was lost and get my business back to business. (And life goes on so yes rent comin up)

I repeat, everybody is safe, and I’m chillin blessed & highly favored. (my brother & neighbors are lifesavers)
but the damage remains.

Those of you that have bought something from my store within the last few days, depending on what you’ve ordered, it will be a little delayed, once I can get back home and see what I can still sell and what needs to be replaced.
But I got U.

(U can still purchase anything in the meantime if u know what I’m sayin..)

Everything will be back up and running in no time, just would appreciated a lil support from anyone whose willing to pour out some blessings until then.
Literally anything helps.
