<div>The Woodville Parks and Recreation Board is seeking the funds to be able to add its first public playground for the children of Woodville to play on.

<div>The Town of Woodville is situated in a rural, low-income area, so the town strives to add outdoor areas where families can go to have fun at no cost. However, because the town is so small, funding is low, and the town is trying to raise the funds to purchase this playground through fundraisers and grants.

<div>At present, Woodville has an estimated 185 children below the age of eighteen within its town limits that would benefit from the playground, and that is not counting the children that come weekly to visit the local library from Paint Rock, Skyline, and New Hope.

<div>If the town can raise the funds to add a playground, it is another step in the right direction to ensuring that its children and their families have somewhere to make numerous unforgettable memories for years to come.
