Donation protected
My name is Aminata Kone. I’m from Ivory Coast, West Africa. I was born and raised in San Pedro, Africa.
Im a married woman and a mother of 6 beautiful children.
In May 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I have been though so many ups and downs that comes with cancer. I feel so blessed to be living in the United States. My information was sent to an organization they helped me apply for health insurance and  I was able to start my chemotherapy in June 2020.
During this time, I thought a lot about all those women and children back in Africa. Those women that can not afford 3 meal a day, they can't afford medical bills and how hard it is to cope with cancer and not have the support they need.

Hope is something that I always dream of. I finally decided to start this go fund me to help the mothers and children in Africa that battling cancer and poverty. To me poverty is another form of cancer.

My goals is to build a welcome center, where the sick mothers and children can come and have a pice of mind. It will include a dorm for the women, a fitness center, transporting to the treatment center,a nursing room for the babies, a daycare for the children and a literacy center for the adults.
