Today, we are taking an important step towards building a lasting home for our community, a Druze Community Hall that will serve as a central gathering place for generations to come.

<div>This hall will be more than just a building, it will be a hub of connection, learning, and support. It will provide a safe and welcoming space for people to come together to celebrate, learn, and support one another. The hall will host community events, religious and cultural gatherings, educational programs, youth and children’s activities, daycare, and sports initiatives.

<div>While the hall will be rooted in the Druze community, it will also be open to and supportive of the broader Calgary community. It will provide shelter and assistance to those in need, help newcomers settle into Calgary, and offer a space for collaboration, compassion, and belonging, regardless of background or faith.

<div>Additionally, the hall will serve as a venue for weddings, funerals, and other events, allowing it to generate sustainable income that will help fund future community and charitable programs, both locally in Calgary and for Druze families worldwide.
