My name is Terry Andrew Ridley.

I'm a double amputee and recently lost my eyesight. With help from family and caregivers I'm able to be home but the house is not wheelchair accessible and does not have accommodations inside for accessibility either (such as bathroom). I only receive disability and wehave applied for several programs to build me a ramp so i can get in and out the home safely. Had an elevator put it in but was stuck in it 3 times while going to and from appointments . Now I'm stuck in my home not able to go to dialysis. This is so scary i lost both my legs and woke up one morning and couldn't see nothing at all. We have tried to sign up for programs they keep denying me . I have to figure out a way to make some basic modification necessities to my home.

That's where you fine and generous people come in! I am trying to raise a modest, reasonable amount to start immediately building necessities such as wheelchair ramps and bathroom modifications. If I can actually reach the goal amount of $10k that would cover a good portion of the cost of time and material for a ramp to get into the house, and a few modifications made to the bathroom for things like handrails and a wider doorframe, for example.

If there were any funds left after these renovations, that portion would be used to buy a couple things for the home like a bed. Thank you for your time and consideration. Any little bit helps. Thank you
