Project Artsakh-Rebuilding Karvajar

With your help, The Project Karvajar Committee in conjunction with Ararat Foundation will be carrying out extensive renovations at the Cultural Center of New Shahumyan's Karvajar district in Artsakh, starting in early Spring of 2017.
Currently the cultural center is in a state of severe disrepair. The old center will be renovated into a modern facility featuring high standard amenities, a new roof, doors and windows, renovated floors, a new stage with lighting and sound systems, lavatories, new electricity and heating systems, beautifully redesigned entrance and a renovated yard which includes a new septic tank system. A 3,200 square ft (350 square meter) new structure which will include 5 art studios will also be added to the old structure to aid multifunctional emendation to serve the community at a higher capacity.
By rebuilding Karvajar's Cultural Center we are also building a better future for the community, through creating jobs by hiring instructors of art, music, and other subjects, hiring local contruction workers to build this amazing structure, and providing the youth of the community with a place of creative expression, where they can grow up knowing that they have bright future ahead of them.
