<div>We’re building your new home in Mérida (and we want you to be part of it!)
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve been following along lately, you know how much I love the vibrant culture, warm community, and colonial charm of Mérida. It’s a city that captures your heart the moment you arrive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But for new residents, digital nomads, and extended travelers, finding the perfect place to land can be tough. You want the flexibility of a <strong>month-to-month stay</strong>, the comfort of a fully furnished home, and—most importantly—a community so you don't feel isolated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why we’ve been quietly working on a massive project right in the heart of Centro Mérida.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are building a 10-unit, <strong>fully furnished boutique apartment community</strong> designed specifically as a soft landing pad for Mérida’s newest residents.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a space designed for connection. Our residents will have access to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A beautiful <strong>community pool</strong> to beat the mid-day Mérida heat.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A dedicated <strong>BBQ &amp; outdoor garden</strong> area for weekend gatherings and evening dinners.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>️ Ample communal space to relax, chat, share local tips, and build lasting friendships.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>️ Total flexibility with simple, <strong>hassle-free month-to-month agreements.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The walls are up and the foundation is rock solid. We are so close to crossing the finish line, and today, we are inviting you to help us lay down the finishing details.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are launching a final Building Fund drive to raise $50,000 to fund the final, crucial touches that turn a building into a home. Your donations will go directly toward:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Roofing the second floors of the apartments
</li>
<li>Installing the plumbing and electrical fittings into the apartments
</li>
<li>Furnishing all ten apartments with comfortable and top-tier furnitures.
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>Your donation will help us complete the building project by Winter 2026.</em>
</div>
<div>Thank you for your generous donations.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>No raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or returns on investment are offered in exchange for any donations made to this GoFundMe.</em>
