<div>A few years ago, I helped build a small children’s library in Nicaragua.

<div>It started with a handful of books… and grew into a place where kids gathered every day to read, dream, and imagine bigger futures.

<div>Now I’ve been given the chance to do it again — this time in a Maasai village in Tanzania.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Last week my friend in Naiyobi village sent me photos of the children holding the books I purchased for them.
</div>
<div>They were beaming — proudly lifting the books over their heads like treasures.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But here’s the problem…
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>They don’t have a library yet.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Right now, their books are stored in boxes and carried from place to place. The village has started building a simple concrete block structure that will become their first real library — a safe, dry space where children can sit, read, and learn after school.

</div>
<div>They just need help finishing it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To complete the building — roofing, doors, windows, shelves, and basic furnishings — they need:
