Hello,

I am writing on behalf of my mother, Lisa (Paul) Thompson. I am her son, Gabriel. In the summer of 2021 she lost her best friend and husband. He suddenly and unexpectedly passed at the age of 54. They had navigated this world together for 32 years. He was a father to me growing up. My sister Jasmine was his only child.

My mother is currently renting a place, but their dream together was to build their own home in the community they both grew up in. Since this never came to be, I am trying to find ways to help her secure her own place. A place where she can rest and live happily in her older years. Luckily, she has secured an acre on an old family lot, but there is a lot of work left to do to prepare the land and foundation. Any help would be appreciated.

My mother is a humble, kind, compassionate, and loving woman. She deserves the best. She has helped others her whole life with no expectations of return. Today, she volunteers and spends the majority of her time helping to care for her grandchildren. I would love to see her in her forever home in 2023.
