Well I need your help!
Back 2 years ago I had my storage unit broken in to..
I lost $120,000.00 in test equipment and family heirlooms...
some of that stuff you cannot put a price on!!
A true heart breaking event...
I lost Dad to cancer.. lots of gear now lost forever...
right now as of Dec 2019 off site storage rental is $325.00 per month as of Dec 2019.
so I need to get out of not that secure storage asap!!
And get my items on my property where I can have better security!
Here is the latest scoop!!
What I am wanting to do is Build a large 2 story service shop on my property for performing service work on Cars trucks and heavy equipment Generators as well as electronics!
storage and super clean room electronics service shop in the upper level,
and heavy equipment service shop on the lower level.
to give you an example of what I can do with a good shop space look at the pix below!
This is a shop I set up for one of my clients it even had nice inverter ac unit as well as pex heating in the floor.
60 plus feet long for truck and trailer combos all in the bay at one time..
Plenty of room to work on equipment!

Lawson products has cool bins for tools and parts!! I have started buying the parts bins as of Aug 2019.
I have the Mad science skills as well as most of the tools.. as well as the land to build on!
I just need the building!

Oh yea by the way.. I have web sites that all large dollar biz or you tube donors can have free advertising on when they donate!

Update; is it winter 2019 and we will break ground for the foundation as soon as the donations arrive.
we need $25,000 for our first pour.
