Buddy the cat needs your help to save his life.

Hi, I'm Tim. This is my sister's cat, Buddy. They came to live with my wife and I, along with Buddy's brother from another mother, Charlie, a while ago.

A few months ago, Buddy's eye began to look red and cloudy. It didn't bother him at all. He could see fine and play like always. People we talked to thought it would clear up on its own and it was nothing to worry about. But the eye continued to get cloudier, so it was time to take him to the vet. The vet said they hadn't seen anything like this. They had the other vets look him over, and they were all stumped. They decided to send pictures of Buddy to the veterinarians at Purdue University to get their opinion.

Unfortunately, the vets at Purdue knew what it was. Buddy had cancer and would definitely lose his eye but would live a good life, so long as the cancer hasn't spread. The MRI and removal of his eye will be expensive, more than we can provide on our own.

So we're seeking help in raising the money for Buddy's vet bills.

Buddy is a sweet boy who's helped my sister through some rough times and has become a big part of our family. We would be so grateful for your help in getting him the care he needs.
