Help Buddy & Squeaks Get Vetted for Adoption!!

Help these two deserving cats get the last of their vet care and then onto forever homes! They started as abused & neglected street cats and are now ready for adoption - but first they need a little bit of vet care. They both need a dental treatment and their annual vaccines, along with microchips. Buddy also needs to have an eye allergy further treated. Total comes to just under $700. The smallest donations help, as does sharing our campaign. Thank you!

Squeaky (white/multi cat on right in top pic) comes from a colony in Jersey City, NJ, that was demo'd to rebuild apartments. I managed to trap and rehome all of his siblings, but Squeaky played hard to get. Once he was finally trapped, we could quickly see that the two cats had a calming affect on each other. Squeaky has been vetted and is a healthy young, two year old male.
Buddy (brown tabby) was literally found in the street in Newark, NJ, in the pouring rain, where he was picked up by his rescuer and didn't respond at all when handled. Buddy was immediately vetted and is now pretty healthy except for being FIV+. He is a gentleman in the "senior" age group (the vets are unable to determine his exact age).
They were rescued one year ago. From then to now, they have received vet care and individual kitty "self care" by their foster mother and rescuers, including vet care paid for by their rescuers themselves. They have been socialized, and have discovered the joys of treats, head scratches, hanging out with the other cats in the household, and stealing the chair of their foster grandmother.
They are ready for the next step in their journey - adoption! But first, they need a bit more vet care. They both need a dental treatment, microchips (so they never again end up on the street), and their last vaccines. Buddy also needs treatment for an eye allergy. We've called around and will get a discount at a local vet (dentals are typically quite expensive). $700 will cover the total vet bill for both cats and ensure their adoptive parents don't have to come out of pocket for any initial expensive care, making them that much more adoptable.
