Help Bryshawn Walters to receive medical attention

My name is Bryan Walters. I'm fundraising for my little brother  Bryshawn Walters who was in an accident on  Sunday 18 April. He lost right leg and abdomen was ruptured and he has head trauma he needs medical assistance as soon as possible  please  help my brother anything  will be greatly appreciated
