Help Bryan stay alive

Bryan Noce and I have been friends for a year or two . He's always been a fun, generally positive person. He's drawn the short straw for medical issues . At 22 years old he's been plauged with uncontrollable blood clots. He's been on a laundry list of medications and now he's in dire need of a corrective surgery. At first they wanted to do the 8-10 hour surgery in San Diego, California, but his medical State is deteriorating to the point that he has been strongly advised not to travel that far and they've suggested he go to the University of Michigan for the surgery asap. At this point, he's been in the hospital a couple times this year, and this is the worst of all of his visits . He has zero income at this time because of his inability to work (he's a mechanic on skidsteers etc)  and so his normal bills and medical co-pays are drowning him . I want to try and alleviate as much financial stress as possible. Any help is very appreciated by myself, but I'm sure Bryan will be more than grateful.
