Help Bryan get a kidney

My uncle Bryan Long has battled fabry disease his whole life. Fabry disease is a genetic disorder where you are unable to sweat and it attacks organs. We watched his brother Levelle struggle and pass away from complications of this disease. Now he is in dire need of a kidney transplant. He had been a teacher for more than 15 years in Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately he is now unable to work as of this year. He is going to dialysis multiple times in a week and travelling 3 hrs away for doctors appointments every other week. This is very costly and he is now facing financial difficulty. Please help my uncle. Any amount is greatly appreciated. While he is awaiting a donor kidney he is unable to work.
