I'll be attending my last Cubensis concert on NYE for awhile. My love and devotion to the Grateful Dead has inspired me to attend Cubensis tribute band concerts since 2011, and dancing to Classic Rock has been a huge part of my life for 25 years. Sadly, all those years of dancing have caught up with me, and I now need a right hip replacement, followed weeks later by a right knee replacement.

 Since December, I've been living with constant pain, and even cortisone shots have stopped working. I'm retired and drive Uber part time, but the pain has made it impossible to keep working. My last cortisone shot only gave me a few hours of relief, and now both my hip and knee ache all the time. My doctors say I can probably go another month before both surgeries take place, but after that, I'll be out of work for at least three months while I recover.

 I'm asking for help to cover my living expenses during this time, so I can focus on healing and hopefully return to dancing and attending Cubensis gigs in a few months. Any support you can offer would mean the world to me during this challenging time. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet—literally!
