 Earlier this year, Brooke Havok became part of a small group of wrestlers who helped me find my way back to the ring after my stroke in 2025. Our sessions were never really about one person teaching another. They became a place where we could share ideas, challenge each other, talk about the craft we love, and simply help each other get better.

 Brooke fit in immediately. She brought an incredible attitude, a great personality, and a work ethic that you can’t teach.

 Unfortunately, Brooke is now facing an injury that will keep her out of the ring while she recovers.

 For an independent professional wrestler, being injured doesn’t just mean losing the ability to wrestle. It means losing a significant part of your income while medical expenses and everyday bills continue.
