Brittany and her three-year-old son, Killian, are beginning a new chapter after enduring years of domestic abuse and coercive control within Brittany’s marriage. With immense courage, Brittany left California and returned home to Mississippi, seeking safety, support, and the chance to rebuild their lives. Now, she faces the daunting challenge of navigating a divorce and custody battle, where the stakes are nothing less than her relationship with her son and his well-being. Without experienced legal representation, Brittany fears she may not have the opportunity to fully present her case and ensure Killian’s best interests are protected.

Family law cases are emotionally exhausting, legally complex, and financially overwhelming. The cost of an experienced attorney is far beyond what Brittany can afford, and every dollar raised will go directly toward attorney retainers, court costs, legal filings, and the expenses necessary to help her pursue a safe and stable future for herself and Killian. As her mother, I have watched Brittany fight through fear, uncertainty, and heartbreaking decisions that no parent should ever have to make. I have also witnessed her strength, courage, and unwavering love for her little boy. Brittany is not seeking revenge—she simply wants the opportunity to stand on equal footing in court and have her voice heard.

If you are able to help, no gift is too small. If you are unable to donate, we would be deeply grateful if you would share this fundraiser and keep Brittany and Killian in your prayers. Thank you for giving hope to a mother and her son as they begin the difficult journey toward healing, stability, and a brighter future.
