Help British Family with Baby at Risk in Italy

You might know me and if you don’t, my name is Darren Waggott from Hartlepool England. And this isn't like me to ask for help. But I am.
We are currently stuck in the red infection zone in Milan, Italy. With a young baby.
As the father of a four-month-old beautiful baby girl called Lilly Rose, I'm asking that you help me protect her.
Like any father or parent, I need to do what I can to look after and protect my family.
I'm sure you are aware of the circumstances in Milan at the moment in regard to the coronavirus. But like I said, my main concern is my baby girl.
The issue we have is that unfortunately, i am stuck in a country in a situation that I have no control over.
My biggest concern is the health and survival of my daughter as we currently have no health cover when we believed that we were covered by the NHS and our EHIC, although this is not the case.
Because baby Lilly was born in Italy, she is Italian. Still, unfortunately the Italians won't cover my little girl because her parents are brits and the NHS won't cover us for Lilly because she's Italian!
We have attempted for several months to resolve this issue but have been passed from pillow to post with no success.
But now as we are in a grave circumstance, it's of the utmost importance that we resolve this situation.
Lilly’s Vaccinations
Lilly hasn't had any of her vaccines, that she should have had by three months, and she is currently four months old. Furthermore, up to now I’ve been paying for privately for the paediatrician at 150 euros per session.
Being from Britain and spoilt with the NHS, we wouldn't expect to pay for such treatment, but unfortunately, we have had to.
As I'm sure, you have seen in the media that the young are not at risk! And only the old and vulnerable are at risk! BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE
The Italian media has made it clear that this isn't the case. The AVERAGE age of the people treated in Italy is 40 years of age.
It was even on the Joe Rogan podcast last night where his guest was Michael Osterholm who is an internationally recognized expert in infectious disease epidemiology.
Michael on the podcast went into detail about the risks of the virus, something that worried me even further.

SITUATION
Four weeks ago, living in Italy i was in that situation where I thought, it would never hit Italy. NOW look at us.
And i don't want to be in the same situation whereas my baby girl becomes infected with the coronavirus, and we are that unfortunate .01% with an infant fatality.
Especially with her not having any of her vaccinations. What if she becomes infected and becomes predisposed to some other threat, only because she wasn't vaccinated?
These are things I need to take into consideration.
Why? because i did not have the funds to pay for the health cover, or because the NHS or Italians wouldn't help, that's where I turn to friends, family and loved ones.
ONLY RESOLUTION
The only resolution to this situation is to acquire residency and to do this. We need to apply for codicil viscali and residency. But to do this, we need health cover.
Although the requirement is that the health cover is a full international cover and paid for one year in advance.
The quotes for the cover are coming in are in the range of £3842 (up from £1600 when I checked a few days ago).
The quotes seem to be increasing daily, so the sooner that we raise the money to cover us, the sooner that we can feel that much safer for Lilly’s wellbeing.
The sad situation is that I'm not in a financial position to resolve or potentially protect my family at this point, that's why I'm turning to GoFundMe to BEG for help.

£533 (600 Euro) for Lilly’s Vaccinations
Total: £4397
I know that this amount seems a lot of money, But if only 440 Friends sent £10, this would be easily achievable.
**The sooner we collected the chances are that we don't need to increase the goal**
