UPDATE 9/16/2026

Our amazing lawyer said he will represent us at a discounted rate! This is when we need him most. This is the BIG DEAL hearing. Where everything is decided. He can't go up against ICE alone. He needs our help. Lawyer said for $3000 he will rep us! I was ecstatic when he said that. I need your help once more. This is the home stretch! We cannot let them win. Cannot let this country evict another husband/father just because of where he was born.

UPDATE:

GUESS WHO IS HOME!!!!!!

Thanks to you he is home! The fight is not over. We are still working on paying for his AOS so he can stay home. I ended up having to take out a loan to pay for bond. I still need your help because the loan payments is money I don't have BUT we had to get him out of there.

My husband was detained by ICE on March 15th, just a week after our wedding anniversary. It’s been a heartbreaking and overwhelming time for our family. There are so many things that need to be done—paying for his legal counsel, his bond, and now, I’ve learned that I have to pay for his Adjustment of Status again, which is even more expensive through immigration. I wasn’t going to make this public, but this is about his freedom—no more, no less.

Theo is the type of person who would do anything for his family. Whenever we needed something, he was always there to help, no questions asked. That’s just who he is—selfless, caring, and always putting others first. Since becoming the stepdad to my three children, he’s formed an incredible bond with each of them. Our 8-year-old daughter, who is autistic, considers Theo her best friend. She has been struggling so much since he’s been detained, and her happiest moments now are when she hears his voice on the phone.

We need your help to bring him home. Whatever you can give will be appreciated and never forgotten. Even if it’s just a dollar, your support means the world to us. Thank you for standing with our family during this difficult time.
