 Our family is going through a very difficult time. My father, Oscar Tobon, has been detained despite having no criminal record. He has lived in the United States for nearly 30 years, and two of his children, ages 9 and 14, still depend on him. Oscar is currently in Tacoma, and we are working with a lawyer who told us we need $8,000 to start a habeas process through federal court to help get him released. 
 
 
 We are raising funds to cover the legal expenses for Oscar's immigration case. Anything and everything will help—please spread the word and help us bring our dad back home. Your understanding, kindness, and support is greatly appreciated!
