<div>In Nashville, Tennessee, she has touched countless lives through her work as a florist, but flowers are only a small part of her story. She has a rare gift for making people feel cared for. Whether someone is celebrating a joyful milestone or going through one of the hardest days of their life, Melanys always gives her time, her kindness, and her whole heart. Friends, customers, coworkers, and everyone who has had the privilege of knowing her can speak to the compassion, generosity, and love she shares so freely.

<div>Recently, Melanys was detained by ICE during a routine appointment and transferred to a detention facility near Memphis, and later now in South Louisiana. In a single moment, our lives changed. The home we built together feels incomplete without her, and the absence of her warmth is felt not only by me but by so many people whose lives she has touched.

<div>I’m asking for your help because I believe Melanys deserves the opportunity to fight her case with dignity, surrounded by the people who love her. I hope to find an experienced immigration attorney who will fight for her rights and give her the strongest possible chance to continue her case from outside detention, where she belongs.
