Help Bring Maerita Home

On December 12 Maerita and her mother, Mae Artlip arrived on a mission trip to St. Maarten to help the Christian Fellowship Church rebuild after the hurricane that struck this year. They were scheduled to fly back home yesterday. On Tuesday, Maerita fell and broke her hip, requiring surgery. She is expected to be hospitalized for a week in St. Maarten before being able to make the trip back to the States. While the members of the church there are stepping up and helping as much as they can, we are trying to raise funds to help pay for medical costs. Any money raised will be used to pay medical bills and what is raised above that cost will go towards helping with travel expenses for both Maerita and Mae. She is looking at a long recovery period, no weight on her left leg for almost 2 months and walking only with the help of a walker. 

Maerita stepped out in faith to help the people of St. Maarten. We are asking that you step out in faith to help Maerita and Mae.
