Jorge’s Story 

My name is Martha, and I am reaching out during the most difficult moment our family has ever faced. On 08/16/2026, my husband Jorge was pulled over, for reason, not known. The vehicle he was driving is legal and in his name. He does have a valid license to drive as the complete registration and insurance are entirely in his name alone. In conclusion of the stop he was detained by ICE. Jorge is a devoted husband, an incredible father to our 3 children, and the heart of our home. His detention has turned our lives upside down and left us without our primary provider. We are fighting hard to keep our family together and navigate the complex immigration legal system, but the immediate costs are overwhelming. 

The funds raised will directly help cover professional immigration legal representation and court fees, a potential immigration bond to secure Jorge’s release. If you are in a position to donate, any amount will help give Jorge a fighting chance to return home. If you cannot donate, sharing our story with your friends, family, or social media networks means just as much to us. Thank you for standing with our family.

El 16 de agosto de 2026, mi esposo Jorge fue detenido durante una parada de tráfico por un motivo que desconocemos. El vehículo que conducía es legal y está a su nombre; él cuenta con una licencia de conducir válida, y tanto el registro como el seguro del automóvil están exclusivamente a su nombre. Al finalizar la intervención, fue detenido por ICE. Jorge es un esposo dedicado, un padre increíble para nuestros tres hijos y el corazón de nuestro hogar. Su detención ha puesto nuestras vidas patas arriba y nos ha dejado sin nuestro principal sustento económico. Estamos luchando con todas nuestras fuerzas para mantener unida a la familia y navegar por el complejo sistema legal de inmigración, pero los costos inmediatos son abrumadores. Los fondos recaudados se destinarán directamente a cubrir los gastos de representación legal profesional en materia de inmigración, las tasas judiciales y, potencialmente, la fianza de inmigración necesaria para lograr su liberación.
