PLEASE HELP OUR FAMILY.

On July 17th, 2025, around 6:10 pm my godfather/second dad,Salvador Sanchez was abducted and taken into custody by ICE agents at his local probation office. An immigration officer looked for my dad to inform him that my godfather was detained and wouldn’t be going home with him. He was just getting off of work, looking forward to a what we thought was gonna be a normal Thursday afternoon. In the matter of seconds he went from having everything to having absolutely everything taken away from him. Hes an absolutely amazing person, with not a single ounce of hatred for the world,he loved me and my three siblings unconditionally.Hes lived in Texas for a little bit over 15 years.I feel so useless in this situation because 10,000 is an outrageous number for an immigration lawyer. But im asking from the bottom of my heart,to please help with anything.Even you donating $1 would help us so much in the long run.We’re not the type to sit here and ask for any type of help but in these circumstances ,we need all the type of help/ support we could get.And if you made it this far,I would just like to thank you for taking the time out of your day to help us.Once again thank you so much,

 El 17 de julio de 2025, alrededor de las 6:10 p. m., mi padrino/segundo padre, Salvador Sánchez, fue secuestrado y puesto bajo custodia por agentes de ICE en su oficina local de libertad condicional. Un oficial de inmigración buscó a mi papá para informarle que mi padrino estaba detenido y no regresaría a casa con él. Acababa de salir del trabajo, con ganas de lo que creíamos que sería una tarde de jueves normal. En cuestión de segundos, pasó de tenerlo todo a que le quitaran absolutamente todo. Es una persona increíble, sin una pizca de odio hacia el mundo; nos amaba a mí y a mis tres hermanos incondicionalmente. Lleva poco más de 15 años viviendo en Texas. Me siento tan inútil en esta situación porque 10,000 es una cifra escandalosa para un abogado de inmigración. Pero pido desde el fondo de mi corazón que por favor ayuden con cualquier cosa. Incluso donar $1 nos ayudaría mucho a largo plazo. No somos del tipo que se sienta aquí y pide cualquier tipo de ayuda, pero en estas circunstancias, necesitamos todo el tipo de ayuda/apoyo que podamos conseguir.
