Bean’s Story

2-year-old cat named Bean has recently faced a life-threatening condition that required immediate emergency care. Bean ingested a piece of fabric which got stuck in his small intestine. Being the brave little guy he is, he hid his condition until it was nearly too late. He was in critical condition at SAGE Emergency Veterinary Animal Hospital, and they are doing everything they can to save his life. He recently underwent emergency surgery to remove the blockage but took a bit too long to wake up. He is receiving IV fluids, bloodwork, an ultrasound, a couple of biopsies, and is projected to stay in the emergency room for at least another 24 hours. This GoFundMe is to try to support his excessive medical bills so we can bring him home and keep him comfortable as he recovers.
