Lee and her family are facing every parent’s worst nightmare after the tragic loss of Lee’s daughter, Ava Walters. Ava was only 20 years old and was deeply loved by everyone who knew her. She was beautiful inside and out, with a loving heart and a deep love for her family. While away at school in Alabama, Ava’s life was tragically taken, and now Lee and her family are left carrying unimaginable heartbreak as they try to bring Ava home and prepare to say goodbye. 
 
 
 This fundraiser is to help ease some of the financial burden during this devastating time. The funds will go toward transportation to bring Ava home from Alabama, along with funeral costs and other final expenses. D is asking for support for Lee and her family so they can focus on grieving, honoring Ava’s memory, and being together instead of worrying about these overwhelming costs.
