It is with a very heavy heart that we share the sudden passing of our dear friend, Aswathi Rajashekaran Nair, here in Dublin.

This has come as a shock to all of us. She was a kind, warm and hardworking person who meant a lot to everyone around her, and above all she was a deeply loved daughter and sister.

We are currently arranging to bring her back home to Bangalore so her family can lay her to rest and perform the final rites surrounded by loved ones.

The cost of repatriation, including preparation and transport, is approximately €6,000. We are setting a target of €10,000 to cover these expenses and to support her family in India with the immediate arrangements and formalities during this incredibly difficult time. We are dealing with Rom Massey and Sons funeral directors in Dublin, who are handling the arrangements and coordinating with the Indian Embassy for the necessary documentation and repatriation. The current plan is to send her to Bangalore on Friday, 6th March, subject to final approvals.

Any funds raised will go directly towards these costs, and we will keep everything fully transparent.
